Well I took recipe and added a little twist. I added chia seeds, oats and collagen peptides! I basically dumped even parts of the 3 things into a blender and blended it into sand/powder consistency. Then I added 1 cup of this mixture to the recipe and cut down the flour. Adding these extra ingredients increases bake time by 5-10 minutes. The kids loved it and they couldn’t tell it was fortified with extra protein and omega 3!

They roll out of bed looking so cute. Lucky kids.

Collagen peptides are highly bioavailable. benefits include renewing tissues, such as skin, bones and joints, prevent bone loss, and boost muscle mass.

Chia seeds are high source of omega 3, fiber, protein, and antioxidants. I hate how they get stuck in your teeth so I blend them into powder. Maintains the nutrients and easier to consume!
